Our Vision is to use our collective skills, expertise and experience to create, develop and support to build resilient community initiatives and organisations across Anglesey, and to become highly respected for lobbying statutory authorities and funding agencies for a better deal as well as improved policy content to enable progress.

Our Mission is to provide “the arm around the shoulder” for any budding initiative, or enterprise in any part of Anglesey that seeks to introduce a brand new idea or replace the provision of those local services that the Local Authority can no longer deliver due to the pressures of continuing austerity measures and currently the Covid-19 pandemic fallout.

Our Values are those things that facilitate delivery of a client service based on our three core principles of Advocacy, Advice and Action namely:
